Overwhelmed.  Inadequate.  Insufficient.  Pressured.  These are the words that have described me numerous times in my 10 years of being a mom.  You, too? I didn't think I was the only one.  How do we get off the hamster wheel that produces stress and onto the road that leads to a fulfilled soul?  We take a serious look at what is essential in our family's life, and what can be eliminated. Whether it's excess toys or too many obligations, intentionally setting our boundaries and schedules frees us up to focus on the most important things we want for ourselves and our families.  These practices replace our low self esteem with confidence and pride as we manage motherhood.
