When I was a college athlete on a co-ed cheer team, all the girls were required to stand on a scale to weigh in every week.  The negative impact this had on my mental health spiraled me downward into a cycle that only increased my weight.  Years of yo-yo dieting and exercising only the week before vacation followed my college graduation.  It wasn't until God revealed to me the true purpose of moving my body, and it had nothing to do with losing weight.  Listen in as I discuss how working out moves mental blocks, emotional turmoil, and spiritual trauma.
